- Order Confirmation

- Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping on orders above Rs. 799. Below this, a nominal charge is applicable.
Delivery timelines:
- Metros: 2-4 business days
- Rest of India: 4-7 business days
Delivery may be delayed during sales due to increased volumes. We request your patience.
In case of unforeseen delays, rest assured you will be promptly informed about the status of your delivery.
For out-of-stock items, partial shipments may be dispatched while the balance order follows.
We reserve the right to pause deliveries to any part of the country, and you are advised to enter your Pin Code accurately during order placement.
- Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with courier details and an air waybill number to track your package. Alternatively, check the status on your account or our Track Order page by entering your order ID.
- Product Safety
We follow stringent quality checks and sanitization protocols for manufacturing and packaging skincare items. Delivery agents are also advised to follow hygienic handling practices in light of COVID-19 risks. Your safety is our priority.
- Damages and Discrepancies
Please thoroughly inspect packages before acceptance and state any damages, tampering, or incorrect items on the delivery agent's copy. Refusal is recommended in such cases. Reach out to our support team within 24 hours along with photographic evidence for swift resolution. Post-delivery damages or misplacements are not our responsibility.
- Cancellations and Returns
Due to health regulations for cosmetics, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, reach out to us within 24 hours in case you:

- Have concerns regarding product quality or batch
Based on review of provided proofs, we will issue replacements at no extra charge or provide refunds wherever applicable. Cancellations are only possible before order fulfilment.
- Refunds
