I read the research to understand what’s happening in the skin and the different factors behind a concern. That helps me decide what a formula needs to address, rather than building it around one fashionable ingredient.

My aim is to bring complementary actives and skin support together, so the routine stays manageable.

I work with R&D and manufacturing partners through research, sourcing and rounds of formulation. We consider ingredient quality, concentration, combinations and delivery, along with stability and compatibility in the finished product.

We refine the whole formula. Getting one ingredient right is only part of the work.

I look at a product as someone who will keep using it. How does it spread? How does it feel afterwards? Is the format easy to use on a busy morning or a tired evening?

Texture, packaging and feedback shape the refinements. Everyday use is part of product development from the start.
